'I booked this hotel last moment because of a storm and change of travel plans. The bed in the bedroom was in a terrible condition. There were no clean linen for the mattress size provided . There were two smaller size cover linen provided, folded on the bed which were very old. The pillows smelled. There was no clean sheet provided for the mattress - only a mattress protector . The mattress protector was very dirty, full of sand, hair, old stains and unsanitary. The bathroom smelled terribly....

'Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded.'

'Good basic rooms with AC and fridge and small tv, and small balcony, no cooking possibilities so keep that in mind, but no problem since many restaurants nearby (shout out to shrek bbq, try it) we found it a breeze staying a week here, will be back!'

'This is a cozy family owned hotel on the quiet end of Sunny Beach. We booked last minute when our plans changed. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. They went above and beyond during our brief visit. '

'My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! '
