'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. The only thing we missed was a mosquito net (that we had last year but not this year), and a smallest bed tht would have made our stay more comfortable with a child, but it is a great place and we repeat every year'

'Descent hotel 4 minutes walk from the ski lift. The hotel is nice and cosy, with a good bed and a descent breakfast. There are some tiles loose here and there, but nothin hazardous. The staff is friendly and welcoming. This hotel is one of the stops of some trip for elderly people, but they are very lovely! '

'Hotel en medio de la nada, perfecto para ir a esquiar a La Masella o La Molina. No hay nada alrededor por lo que se debe tener en cuenta. Si quieres salir a cenar debes ir a Puigcerdà o otros pueblos a mínimo 30min. Habitaciones amplias, cama muy grande y cómoda. Desayuno correcto. Pero muy caro y sobrevalorado por lo que es. Tiene piscina y spa que no usamos, seguro que es buena opción para después de una jornada de ski.'

'Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado.'

Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto.
