We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks, which was so appreciated after our long drive! 'A great space for families with dogs. The fenced in yard was super convenient. The space had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue for our stay, but Brett was super responsive and came out immediately to resolve the issues we discovered. His reponsiveness, friendliness, and desire to make things right really made all the difference for us. It definitely would have been nice to have the listing make clear that the house was attached to an occupied residence...

'We enjoyed our stay. We were very busy so we weren’t in the house very much but we did enjoy the house. The living room dining room kitchen area was very roomy. We did have 5 in the space and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed the architectural work and can appreciate all the hard work that has been put in to restore this wonderful home.'

'We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! 'This house was the perfect choice for me and my family. We were attending a wedding at Mount Hope Farm and it was quite literally a minute down the road. The house was warm and inviting and VERY CLEAN. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Also, the bed I stayed in was possibly THE MOST COMFORTABLE I’ve ever slept in. 'Beautiful home with lots of space on the river. I loved paddle boarding in the morning, and the kids loved throwing rocks in the river and playing pool. Beds are comfortable and amenities- cookware, towels, soaps were good. There’s a corner store and grocery store nearby. Communication with host company was quick and easy. We’ll be returning:) '
