If tubing, fishing or just kicking back for a restful vacation as you listen to the sounds of the Guadalupe River below interest you then this home is perfect for you, your family and friends. Located in the Gated Access Cliff View Private Development of 16 homes on River Road near New Braunfels, Texas and sits on 400 feet of Guadalupe River frontage directly across from the beautiful cliffs along the river between 2nd and 3rd River crossings on River Road. You will have DIRECT RIVER ACCESS so it is perfect for playing or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. The rock beach is nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! You can enter the river right off the rock beach and exit at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services available to return you to the property. If you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater, River Road Ice House, Gruene Hall and many other live music venues New Braunfels area has to offer. Canyon Lake is a short 5 mile drive upriver.

Accommodations include a 3 bedroom home with a King Bed in the master, One Bunk Bed full with twin on top in guest room and 2 sets of bunkbeds in other guest room .. Living Room comfortably seats 6 or 7. Bed linens and towels provided...Beach Towels are Not provided please bring your own.
. We request that only 10 people stay in the house and four cars. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs in the house and an additional full bath on ground level. The house has a porch with furniture and ceiling fans, a washer and dryer inside, a BBQ pit (charcoal or wood fire), all the basic essentials to cook with in the kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker and cable/internet. The TV is a smart TV connected to the house WIFI

Bring your own toobs or rent next door at Caps Toob Rentals. Caps will provide a shuttle back from Lone Star Float House or Second Crossing Bridge which provides a perfect afternoon float trip. In front of the house at the beach is a deeper natural swimming hole. The view from the patio is gorgeous and you may even spot goats at breath taking heights in the mornings along the cliffs across the river.. A large area under the house is the perfect for family gatherings to sit out of the summer heat or to toss washers/cornhole. The beach is private as you are in a gated community with other vacation renters.
Due to its small rapids, deeper hole and drive-ability access at the beach this section of the Guadalupe River has become one of the premier Rainbow Trout fishing areas along the river.
