'We had an excellent stay at the St Regis Mew Capital hotel, where we were indulged by the magnificent service of the staff (Omar, Mahmoud, Mohammed and many others) and the beautiful hotel. Only one minor backdraw is that the hotel is quite far from Cairo, but it is still worthwhile to stay in this hotel. We would certainly choose this hotel again on a next trip!'

'Where to start here, the hotel itself on the face of it looks amazing, a grand reception hall, big bedrooms and swimming pools etc but that’s the facade. It’s in the middle of a nowhere desert , has limited restaurant service, poor food, no alcohol ‘allowed’ and unprofessional, poorly trained staff. The heightened security everywhere makes you anxious rather than reassured and unless you have a hire car there’s no escape as there is no public transport at all. 'I 100% recommend this place for solo travellers - it’s very safe around here. Staff is friendly, and so is the owner of this place. I had a Premium Studio and kept extending my stay bc. I couldn’t find a better and an affordable place like this one. Place is also clean and well maintained - which is something that’s very important for someone like me.'
