'Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore.
One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants....
'Beautiful Hotel. Love all the curves in the lobby and in the rooms. I had requested an early check-in and this was accommodated. Staff went above and beyond. Even sending someone to my room with ice for a foot injury, and to take a room service order after translating the menu into English for me. Breakfast buffet was excellent. 'Facilities are old. There are stains on sofa and chair. But staff are nice and helpful. Location is a bit far from city centre. Hotel is a 10 min walk from metro station, not far but not close too.'

'숙박하는 동안 아주 만족했습니다! 방이 아주 깨끗하고, 매일 정리해주셔서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 물과 간식도 매일 챙겨주시고, 로비에서 야식도 제공되었습니다. 직원분들은 중국어 외에는 잘 못하시는 것 같지만, 번역기가 제법 훌륭해서 소통에 불편함은 없었어요. 세탁기 이용이 무료였던 점도 매우 마음에 들었습니다!
콴자이샹즈나 인민공원에 걸어갈 수 있을 만큼 가까운 곳에 있지만 관광지 중심은 아니라서 조용했어요. 다른 유명한 관광지들도 이동하는데 오래 걸리지 않고, 기차역이나 춘시루까지도 갈아탈 필요 없이 갈 수 있어서 굉장히 편리했습니다.
다음에 또 청두에 간다면 다시 숙박하고 싶을 정도로 좋았어요.'
'This is a lovely Japanese style hotel. Nice and neat room layout brings breezing feelings. The receptionist is so friendly and always helpful. The owner of the hotel can chat with us in English fluently. Very convenient surroundings: lots of delicious food under stairs and just about 10 min talk to the subway station. Will definitely stay again if visiting Chengdu again.'
