'Beautiful Hotel. Love all the curves in the lobby and in the rooms. I had requested an early check-in and this was accommodated. Staff went above and beyond. Even sending someone to my room with ice for a foot injury, and to take a room service order after translating the menu into English for me. Breakfast buffet was excellent. 'Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants....

'Facilities are old. There are stains on sofa and chair. But staff are nice and helpful. Location is a bit far from city centre. Hotel is a 10 min walk from metro station, not far but not close too.'
