'We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking.'

'Nice property to stay in for a short break. 4 adults and 2 children (4&1) - plenty of space for all of us. Toys in the property for the kids. Not far to beach & supermarket by car. Shame about the 2 cars being restored next door and the neighbour on an old office chair drinking opposite. Make sure you take the bins out and do the dishwasher when leaving etc No cleaners are coming to do it when you leave - you will be messaged to make sure you have read the checkout orders.'

'We spent two nights in this lovely house. (We are walking the Solent Way so it is perfectly positioned if you are walking.this trail)We all thought the beds were extremely comfortable and had a great night's sleep.It's spacious enough for a big group with three generously sized bathrooms. With a well equipped kitchen and choice of places to sit I would really recommend Kings Lea.It even stopped raining long enough for us to enjoy the garden!!'

'Expedia states in listing 2 o'clock check in but when you get access details it states 5 o'clock earliest... No exceptions! Got access details to the main building and to the room fairly quickly. On arrival after 5, I gained access to main building and tried to get into the room but it was locked from the inside, so other than breaking the door in you couldn't gain entry. The office which is your contact to the property closes at 5 so you have to go through Expedia to try and get sorted as...

'Exceptional new renovation. Spectacular kitchen facilities and provisions. Great location for access to The New Forest. Wish we were staying here longer. One of the best properties of our trip. '
