Perfect location for reaching anywhere in the city by car in no more than 15 minutes or public transportation. There is a Walgreens as well as a gas station less than 5 minutes away for conveniences. There is also a Walmart about a 9 minute drive away.

While the rest of New Orleans pulses with brass bands and second lines, this quiet neighborhood offers the kind of stillness that makes a trip feel like a genuine reset. Step inside this two-bedroom guesthouse and you'll find a space that feels lived-in and considered, with all the practical comforts you need and none of the noise you're escaping.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two private bedrooms give you and your group room to breathe. One is fitted with a king bed, the other with a queen - both made up with quality linens and dressed with room-darkening shades that keep things dark and cool when it's time to sleep in. Hangers and ample clothing storage mean you can actually unpack and settle in.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well-equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a blender. A coffee maker and complimentary coffee get your mornings off to a good start. Pull up a chair at the dining table and eat in before heading out into the city.
 
Living & entertainment
The living area gives you room to decompress after a full day on your feet. A Smart TV with Netflix included - plus Hulu and Prime Video with your own accounts - covers your evenings. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are on hand if you need to stay connected or catch up on work. Central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and heating keep the space comfortable whatever the weather.
 
Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and hot water. An iron and in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays or back-to-back event weekends far more manageable.
 
Convenience
This is a single-level home with a private entrance, so you come and go entirely on your own schedule. Self check-in via smart lock means no waiting around for keys. Free parking on the premises takes one more thing off your plate.
