- Properties cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards

- Part end of stay cleaning service included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal

- Guests required to leave the property tidy, with all dishes washed and the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure
