'Duur en kamer echt niet schoon. Toilet niet gepoetst na vorige gasten.'

'A charming, old-fashioned hotel in the center of Waterford. The staff is helpful and friendly, although the service in the bar and restaurant was a bit chaotic.'

'Basic accommodation in a building separate from the pub. My room smelt a bit weird. The shower lacked vigour and could not be detached from the wall. The staff were good.'

'Kamer was oké, maar ontbijt ondermaats voor wie geen English breakfast eet. Prijs- kwaliteit niet oké . Kamer oud maar net. Ligging van het hotel is oké, parkeergelegenheid van het hotel zelf een luxe gezien weinig mogelijkheden (tenzij duur) in de buurt.'

'Very good'

'Perfect in every way. Beautiful setting, large well furnished room and bathroom, many thoughtful touches and amazing breakfast. Loved exploring the area.'

'Zeer vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel, prima restaurant ook voor nette prijzen. Ook ontbijt was goed. Enige jammere: Relatief duur parkeren op de kade tegenover, geen specifieke korting als hotelgast.'

'The hotel, bar, restaurant and breakfast were all excellent. The only negative experience we had was that we had a room (102) close to the reception and bar. After midnight we heard a lot of people talking very loud (I guess after the bar closed). Sadly the staff did not tell them to keep their voices down. It continued for at least half an hour and kept us awake. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect. '

'This is a multi-building property and Expedia doesn’t always identify which building you have booked! One is the manor house that you see in the pictures and the other is the stables/hunting lodge'

'The Wilton Castle was everything I dreamed of and more. It was the perfect mix of elegant interior suites and historic ruins to explore. The grounds were beautiful and this family run business was exceptionally well done! We were greeted as soon as we arrived! 12/10 highly recommend you stay here!! We loved it.'

'We had a warm welcome from Pauline and Chris who were throughout great hosts - happy to help with local visits and places to eat. A lovely setting on a useful through route just 35 minutes from the port.'
