Een elegant en comfortabel verblijf

Dit zonnige, comfortabele triplex Brownstone ligt in bed -stuy / clinton heuvel historisch gemeenschap. Blokken van Prospect Park, waar er prachtige wandelingen, geweldig om te joggen of fietsen. De slaapkamers zijn elegant en zorgvuldig ontworpen, zodat de koningin mattresees zijn gedetailleerd met een pluche instelling een alle beddengoed gebruikt is van prima kwaliteit. Dit zal de gast het gevoel van slaap drijven wetende dat ze worden georganiseerd met het beste te geven. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers (queen size) w / 40 inch tv's, 2 badkamers, speelkamer met een bank die uit te klappen om te slapen twee, eetkamer voor zes personen, wasmachine en droger, WI-FI, kabel, achtertuin ruimte, woonkamer met een 60 inch televisie en een volledige voorraad keuken. Alle gasten hebben toegang tot alles in het appartement, waaronder 2 fietsen een een pooltafel hebben. metro .... Een sneltrein C lokale trein die ongeveer 15-20 minuten naar Manhattan

comfortable and welcoming stay

We have a great week experience in New York. This was partly due to this comfortable apartment. The apartment is well easy distance of Manhattan. Approx. 20 minutes by metro to the heart of Manhattan. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of shops nearby. This section of Brooklyn is clean and spacious. Bedford-Stuyvesant is one of the better neighborhoods of Brooklyn. We are very warmly received by Denise and she has introduced us to the first exploration in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Schoon, mooie locatie, rustig

Mooi schoon appartement. Met 2 slaapkamers voor in totaal 4 personen. Erg ruim. Grote zitkamer en keuken. Verder mooie locatie om New York te ontdekken. Metro om de hoek. Alleen parkeren kan een probleem zijn.

Lovely stay

We stayed for almost a week in the very lovely appartment of Denise in Brooklyn. It is just like the pictures she posted on Home Away. We enjoyed it very much. It's very comfortabel and complete. Denise thought of everything you could possible need and pays attention to the smallest details like umbrellas and coffee. Brooklyn is a very nice neighborhood to stay and with de Subway you are in 15 minutes in Manhattan. We reccommand the appartement!

Zeer ruime en van alle comfort voorziene woning . Metro op loopafstand en de bus stopt voor de deur.

Wij hebben genoten van ons bezoek aan New York, mede vanwege ons verblijf in dit appartement. Er was meer dan voldoende ruimte voor ons gezin(5 personen), de inrichting was smaakvol en het appartement was van alle comfort voorzien, goed onderhouden en schoon.Onze gastvrouw was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Metro is op loopafstand en daarmee ben je binnen een half uur al in Uptown Manhatten, de bus stopt voor de deur en geeft voldoende mogelijkheden om Brooklyn te verkennen. Wij kunnen dit appartement zeker aanraden.

This place is absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and I was very pleased to see so much parking on the street. Denise is so nice and made me feel at home. Everything is so nice and clean.

Great place!

This is a vey large house for the city, divided into 3 stories. It gave us ample space and with its 2 bathrooms, dining room and well-equipped kitchen, we were able to take full advantage of the property and chose to eat in in the evenings. In the summer, we could have had access to the back yard. The host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would stay again any time.

Séjour à Brooklyn février 2020

Très belle maison, décorée avec goût, très spacieuse et très confortable. Nous étions une famille de 5 adultes et très à l’aise dans ces grandes pièces. La maison est située à moins de 5 minutes d’un métro. Un bus passe à proximité immédiate . Très calme et cela est appréciable quand on revient de Manhattan. Denise, la propriétaire, est adorable, à l’écoute. Elle était là pour notre arrivée et notre départ tout en restant très discrète. Vraiment très appréciable !

Brooklyn Celebration

Excellent location, within walking distance to many key attractions; whistle clean, well laid out, spacious, ideal for a family gathering involving others as visitors for a morning afternoon or evening. Owner was attentive and available (thank you Denise). We'd come back, and give it an unqualified exceptional rating except for one deficiency: the heating system is on a set central control which cannot be adjusted for this space alone. It was too hot for us. And in this day and age of climate disruption, opening windows to get some cool air, which just causes the system to burn more fossil fuel, is not a sustainable idea. Kudos for windows that open, but not for this reason. If this negative feature were fixed we would give this property a unqualified, enthusiastic endorsement. As it is we appreciated the whole experience and enjoyed ourselves.

Why no 6 stars?

We've stayed at many HomeAway's and the like and it's been rare we've been dissatisfied. This location was, though, exceptional and all down to the landlady, Denise. Two couples visiting NYC, really Manhattan, and firstly we wanted an early check-in and late departure and Denise was able to accommodate both and was personally there and right on time. Check-in was superb and she gave us a warm and confident feeling from the get-go. The little touches we much appreciated - e.g. umbrellas, charge adapters, USB chargers, a bottle of wine and corkscrew. There are 3 levels. The lowest is the pool room which we didn't use. The middle and the basement entrance are two nicely equipped queen bedrooms and (the) one bathroom/shower. Handy for local restaurants including the excellent Corner Grind for breakfast and coffee. Ten or so minute walk to the C and A trains and a short ride to Manhattan or Brooklyn Bridge. Loved denise.

Ein sehr guter Ort

Von uns bekommt diese Wohnung auch 5 Sterne! Sie ist genau wie beschrieben, groß, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und das zweite (große) WC ist eine zusätzliche Annehmlichkeit, wenn man zu viert oder mit noch mehr Personen hier ist. Wir haben es jeden Abend genossen, nach unseren Ausflügen wieder in unser erholsames „Zuhause“ zurückzukehren und in der gemütlichen Wohnküche zu sitzen. Denise ist eine sehr freundliche, zugewandte Person und eine großartige Gastgeberin. Auch wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein u.a. Getränken empfangen. Wir haben sie mit Freude auch ein wenig persönlich kennengelernt. Die gute Verkehrsanbindung können wir nur bestätigen. Mit der fußläufig entfernten Sub-way ist man schnell in Manhattan, und es gibt Busse in alle Richtungen Brooklyns. Da wir 14 Tage hier waren, haben wir abends öfter gekocht. Zum Einkaufen können wir den Super-markt Bedford Avenue/Ecke Monroe Street empfehlen. Kulinarisch hat uns das Hill Cafe in der Putnam Ave 17 besonders gut gefallen – leckeres Essen und ein supernetter Service. In der näheren Umgebung war das Brooklyn-Museum ein Highlight und der dahinter liegende Prospect-Park eine grüne und ruhige Oase. Sonntags findet dort in den Sommermonaten der Smorgasburg-Foodmarket statt.

Lovely roomy vacation rental surrounded by everything one needs

I truly loved Denise's brownstone vacation rental. It was VERY clean, VERY roomy & has a VERY homey feel to it! I love the hardwood floors throughout the home!!! And even though we did not use the kitchen due to our short stay....I noted that the kitchen was stocked with nice dishware, pots & pans, & nice heavy silverware. She has thought of everything that one might need in the kitchen. She had a bottle of wine awaiting us, as well as some drinks in the refrigerator to satisfy our thirst. Her vacation rental most definitely has that woman's touch! I would most definitely stay in her brownstone again when in NY!! Thanks Denise for putting much thought, time, & energy in preparing your lovely home for your vacation renters! It made our stay in NY even more satisfying! Karen Warden-Ring
