1st Floor:
As you enter the townhouse, you'll step into an elegant entrance foyer, where you can leave your shoes and coats and take a moment to appreciate the beautiful decor. From there, you'll enter the open layout kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances, spacious refrigerators and freezers, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the grand living room, where you can relax on comfortable seating and enjoy the 70 inch flat-screen smart TV.

Just off the living room, you'll find the formal dining room, with seating for twelve guests, a piano, and a door sliding door to the backyard. This is the perfect space for hosting a dinner party or gathering with friends and family.

From the living or dining room, you can step out into the massive private backyard, complete with outdoor seating, a barbecue grill, and even basketball hoops for some fun and games. This is the perfect spot for enjoying a cookout or just relaxing in the fresh air and sunshine.

2nd Floor:
Moving upstairs to the second floor, you'll find an elegant library, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and a functional wood-burning fireplace. There are plenty of board games in the cabinets to enjoy with the family.

Also on the second floor, you'll find the property's master suite, complete with a luxurious California king-size bed, a private living room, and a balcony overlooking the backyard. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and elegant, with a large dual shower and a jacuzzi tub.

3rd Floor:
On the third floor, you'll find five more bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

4th Floor:
Finally, on the fourth floor, you'll find the second master suite, complete with a living area, laundry facilities, a refrigerator, and a beautiful view of the backyard. This is the perfect spot for those who want a little extra privacy and space to spread out.
