Her response time to any questions i had was amazing and the house was warm & cozy.We went for a quick family getaway and we're very pleased considering this was our first vrbo experience. Definitely plan on going back, the house is very detailed, arcade entertainment, hot tub, 3 putting greens, the kids loved it. '

'Hot tub and the lake were great! Rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice as well. Only comments I have are that the water pressure on the 2nd floor was too low to shower and walking down to the lake could use some stairs. We had an amazing trip and enjoyed the house amenities! Communication with the hosts was fast and they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental and would love to stay here again!'

'I would like to share my experience at cozy house big bass lake. The owner of this house was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations. 'Property itself was great, no complaints about that. Unfortunately the check-in process to get there was extremely difficult, especially with the large number of cars that my party had. Each driver needs to be on a list at the check-in for the entire community and needs to wait in line with registration and license.
