'Everthing was nicely labled. From beach access locations, to where things were located in the rooms. The communication from host was prompt and kind. The location of this BNB was perfect. Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. '

I could unlock the front door digitally, but there was no deadbolt, and no button on the front of the keypad to lock the lock digitally again. When I manually turned the knob towards the door frame for the lever (from the inside) and I'd check it externally, it still remained unlocked. There was a key to the side door, but...
