'They make you pay for parking on a separate website you have to bring up on your phone. They won't let you incorporate it as an incidental like other hotels. This is annoying and not customer service oriented. Front desk clerk staff exhibited a couple of below average customer service skills, mostly stuff that can be cleaned up with better leadership, training, and situational awareness, but they were overall friendly, as one would expect for a Hampton Inn.
