'Great hotel, very comfortable. Pool would be better if it showed a view. Being on the deck serves little purpose now as plants are blocking the entire view. Also, it's better to add some chairs when busy. '

'Alex Hotel is the perfect location for relaxing in the city. Location is 'cool' (Northbridge) and the vibes in the Alex Hotel are.......Alex. Healthy food and guests with slippers, but than the Aussie posh/classy way. Not Vogue or Harpers Bazaar, but Cosmopolitan. It is Australia so 'no worries mate! Yes the Alex is relax and chic but the Aussie way. And I think than that you understand what I mean.. '

'Staff were friendly and super accommodating. A big thankyou to Kirsty especially. Facility was well located around shops, restaurants with picturesque parklands and waterways. The room had a beautiful outlook and was filled outdoor light which gave it a warming and spacious feel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be making this our go to when visiting Perth.'

'As with Intercontinental Hotels they are all good. Here in Perth the breakfast was excellent with all of the choices they had. It is located in a central position handy to everything in the city.'

'The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. '1st off, it was a disabled room and there was no where to hang towels. Secondly, there were no toothbrushes nor tissues in our room and we had to ask for it. Thirdly, the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so we had to keep the door open to air out the humidity. We did ask for it to be looked at, however it did not look like anyone came over to diagnose and repair. Forth, we asked for new towels to be delivered to our room and we waited for an hour, decided to walk outside and the towels...

'Voor een paar nachten prima. Beter niet voor dit hotel koezen als het warm of juist koud is buiten. Wij waren er in mei (begin winter) en het was nog best warm. Een raam open zetten hebben we de eerste nacht gedaan, maar het vuilnis wordt midden in de nacht opgehaald, als ook de straat schoongeveegd. Je hebt de hele nacht lawaai op straat als je aan de kant van de weg zit met je kamer. Tweede nacht raam dicht gehouden en geprobeerd de airco aan te zetten. Dit kon niet, alleen op verwarm stand....

'Super goed hotel! Volgens mij was het helemaal nieuw! Het enige wat ik niet tof vond, waren de haren in de badkamer. Ik heb zelf in hotels gewerkt en ik weet dat dit echt niet kan! '
