    1- A large bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160 cm) and a TV.
    2- A mezzanine with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined into a King-size bed.
    3- A sofa bed in the living room.

    The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals.

    • Bathroom:
    A spacious bathroom awaits you with double sinks, a large shower, and a built-in washing machine.

Fantastic location. Easily sleeps 4 or more.

Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws .

The property was as advertised and close to what it looks in the pictures. It is a central location in old Nice, at the heart of the action. Our children enjoyed staying here. The access for car services was more difficult due to the pedestrian roads, but that is part of being in old Nice. Would suggest if asking for car service to pick up, that you leave time to walk to where cars can access. Bertrand and Sofia were very good with communication, and provided everything we needed.
