Located in the central Gambetta district, less than 5 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches, this charming two-room apartment of 40 m², bright, air-conditioned and quiet, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift.



Designed to accommodate up to three people, it offers a comfortable and practical setting to explore Nice on foot. With windows overlooking a vast tree-lined courtyard, it guarantees a peaceful stay in the heart of the city.



YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



The apartment is located in the Gambetta district, a central area of Nice appreciated for its proximity to the sea, its numerous shops, restaurants, and transportation. You will be just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais, beaches, and shopping areas of the city centre. The neighbourhood is lively without being noisy, and the apartment, situated back from the street, benefits from a pleasant calm thanks to its courtyard view.



STAY



The main room is pleasant and bright. It includes a living area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen television connectable to a computer, a DVD player, as well as a dining space with a large round table. Perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal after a day of discovery.



COOKING



The open-plan kitchen, American-style, is fully equipped: ceramic hobs, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine. All necessary utensils are available to make your daily life easier.



BEDROOM



The room has a large, comfortable double bed, storage spaces and a visual access to the inner courtyard. A peaceful space, ideal for restorative sleep.



BATHROOM



The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin with storage furniture, and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate, for more comfort and practicality.



This apartment is ideal for accommodating one to three people wishing to enjoy a comfortable stay, in a quiet setting and in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the city centre of Nice.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
