YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



The neighbourhood offers a pleasant setting, while being very well connected: the CUM tram station is located just 20 metres away, allowing quick access to the city centre, the Promenade des Anglais or Place Masséna. A supermarket is accessible within a few minutes on foot, and all local shops are within reach.



STAY



The living area is bright and simply furnished, with a lounge area equipped with a television, Wi-Fi access and an air conditioning system for optimal comfort in all seasons. It offers a simple and welcoming atmosphere, conducive to relaxation after a day at the beach or sightseeing.



COOKING



Independent and well-equipped, the kitchen has everything you need for your meals at home: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils.



ROOMS



The apartment includes two bedrooms: the first is equipped with a double bed, while the second has two single beds. Each offers a calm and functional atmosphere, ideal for family holidays or trips with friends.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower and a hairdryer. An iron is also made available to you. The accommodation has electric heating and air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
