Newly renovated, 2 balconies, 5 min to old town

Welcome to our brand new renovated apartment in Nice! New kitchen, new bathroom, new windows, new AC!

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with 4 "real" beds (no folding couches). The master bedroom is equipped with a 160x190 cm bed. The second room we prepare according to your wishes: either 2 single beds or a queen size bed for couples.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the harbor and the old town. There is a tram directly to the airport without changing.

The apartment
When you enter the apartment, the light-flooded living room opens up with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the west-facing balcony.

The living room is equipped with a 2m long, custom-made couch. So you can enjoy movie nights relaxed on the couch with four of you. The TV is a Smart TV with pre-installed apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and more.

The adjoining bathroom is fully equipped. Rainshower, washer, towel dryer, hair dryer - everything you need. We replaced the water heater in August 2023, so you'll have hot water fast and nice water pressure, too.

The kitchen is accessible through a passage from the living room. We have completely renovated the kitchen in August 2023 and integrated an Italian designer kitchen. The equipment is absolutely top, including brand appliances (e.g. Bosch stove). You will find everything you need for extensive cooking evenings. In addition, we have integrated a bar into the kitchen, where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine, or work with your laptop. From the kitchen you have access to the south-facing balcony.

The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 190 cm bed. The built-in wardrobe offers enough space for clothes and suitcases. From the bedroom you can also reach the south balcony.

The second bedroom we will arrange according to your needs. We can put either a queen size bed (160 x 190 cm) or two single beds (80 x 190 cm). Just let us know when booking.

In addition, we have had fiber optics installed in the apartment. So you can enjoy ultra-fast WiFi with up to 1,000 Mbit/s download and upload. This makes the apartment also ideally suited for home office!

Guest access
The apartment is just for you. You do not have to share any space with others - this also applies to the 2 balconies, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset with a glass of wine.

Good to know
All windows are equipped with external shutters that allow you to completely darken the rooms. This is especially useful in the bedrooms to enjoy a good sleeping atmosphere.
