YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



This accommodation benefits from an exceptional location in the city centre. You are only 100 metres from Masséna Square, a few steps from Vieux-Nice, 300 metres from the "Masséna" tram station, and 450 metres from the Opera Beach. The Monoprix on Jean Médecin is less than a kilometre away, as are numerous restaurants, shops and cafés. Nice Thiers station is 2 km away, and Nice airport is 7 km away.



STAY



The living room is particularly spacious and bright, with large bay windows that let in natural light throughout the day. It is carefully furnished and features a large sofa bed, a lovely convivial dining table, and a television. The atmosphere is warm, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or walking in the city centre.



TERRACE



The large terrace of 8 m² opens directly onto the gardens of the Promenade du Paillon. A pleasant place to have breakfast in the sun or enjoy an aperitif at the end of the day with the city and the iconic green spaces of Nice as a backdrop.



COOKING



The independent, modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils are at your disposal to cook with complete freedom.



BEDROOM



The room, calm and comfortable, has a double bed and storage space. It offers a real cocoon to rest in complete tranquillity, just a stone's throw from the city's animation without suffering its nuisances.



BATHROOM



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with furniture, a hairdryer, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The toilet is separate. An iron is also available.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
