'Our stay was spectacular. We were impressed with the amenities in the home which kept us busy and entertained (the kids loved the football, pool table, and pac man arcade game). We had 12 people stay (5 of which were under the age of 10) and it was a fabulous spot for all our families to hang out, cook, decompress, and connect. 'This property is very nice! Everything was very clean, and it felt like walking into home! The little fenced back yard was perfect for my 4 year old to play in without worrying about her escaping anywhere. I would 100% recommend this property to stay at! '

'Myself and two other business associates stayed in the home and found it to have everything we needed. The furnishings and bedding were top notch and we enjoyed our time while there. The neighborhood felt safe and was exceptionally clean. It was quite peaceful. The hosts were over the top helpful and concerned for our needs and comfort. If they aren't super hosts yet, they will be! We have an annual trip and will work to stay there again!'

'The house is large enough to bring groups together as well as providing space for privacy and quiet time. It's light and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The host is responsive and the kitchen is functionally stocked. It's located easy to access anything by car. To get to the river walk, it's a short drive to the Centennial trail, and there's a lot of road construction/bridge repair currently going on right at the house area. '

'This was a perfect location, close to Whitworth and our daughter for a birthday celebration. Kitchen had all the supplies needed, the house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.'

'We stayed here for 4 nights. We loved the location, the hot tub and comfortable beds. The guest room can be a bit noisy due to water heater in the closet hot tub just outside but with a rain/sleep machine you can mitigate that. Nice to walk Cherry lane especially in the early morning.'

'This house was great for us for our 4 day stay in Spokane. We had 6 adults stay in the house and it was comfortable. We took the fouton room which was small, but worked. Family said beds were comfortable. The house could use a bit of maintenance, the towel rack was falling off and the blinds were also breaking. Fridge didn’t keep food very cold but those are just minor things. We blew a fuse in the house and the owner was quick to help. Definitely need more mirrors, especially in the bedrooms. 1...

'The apartment was lovely. Much larger than I was expecting. I only used the first bedroom. The king bed was very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot. There was a bottle of shower gel and a bottle of 2-1 shampoo/conditioner.The apartment had two comfortable sofas. A nice size dining table. The chairs were of the office chair variety. There were several TVs, but I did not use them. The wifi was fine for my use. The kitchen is galley style, no stove or oven....

"Goede locatie met nette schone kamers. Makkelijk parkeren en goed bereikbaar. Ontbijt is ok, gratis koekjes en s’avonds nog een lekker zakje popcorn van het huis. "

Good stay but a daily Amenity Fee??

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
