'Great location '

'We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy. The only down side was the noise from the surrounding club that went on till 12...

'Great 3 to 4 star hotel. Unfortunately they advertise it as 5 star and charge accordingly. Front desk understaffed snd waited to check in and out, "City views" in a $450 room were of the side of the town hall, windows were filthy, room was small and dominated by a bed with sofa and table an afterthought, no desk or bathtub. Luckily restaurant was well worth it.'
