We asked for sheets for the pull out bed and we were given a pillow, a top sheet and a blanket, no bottom sheet, and they only had one pillow they could give us. The heater in the room did not work at all and the temperature got to 40 degrees outsideWhile swimming in the swimming pool, one of the staff went into our room, looking for extra towels, because apparently the hotel did not have enough...

'I stayed at this hotel while attending a volleyball tournament with my niece because it was conveniently located about five minutes from both tournament venues. When I arrived around 1 PM, I asked about the possibility of early check-in. I was told early check-in was not available, but the front desk kindly gave me my room key so I could go directly to the room later that evening after the tournament, which I appreciated. Before leaving for the tournament, we briefly went upstairs and noticed...
