'This property was so charming, quaint and quiet. Merv and Brenda are exceptional hosts. Met us to explain how amenities worked and were easy to communicate with, very responsive. Home was clean, cozy and comfortable- had everything we needed and then some (including extra toothbrushes and coffee and tea). Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located and could get anywhere in a very short time. We will definitely stay again when returning to Albuquerque. '

'This hotel was not really our style of hotel, but was clean and comfortable. When we tried to get out of the last two days of the itinerary, hotels.com was not very helpful, told me I had to deal with the hotel itself, even though we booked using the website. I did go to the front desk and was told that I had to deal with hotels.com. When I showed them my conversation with hotel.com, they made a real effort to solve the issue we had. 'Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window.
