'We were not able to make the trip to Colorado due to a family emergency. Therefore, we did not stay at the hotel and we were unable to be reimbursed for the hotel. I have never not been able to cancel a hotel stay before which makes me dissatisfied.'

'My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well...

'Nice place to stay after a long road trip.'

'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this.
