'The place was cheap, but I would say bad value for money for a number of reasons, outlined belowBad - black mould on bedroom curtains- Black mould in the bathroom- Loose wooden planks in the bathroom- Lots of Cobwebs in every room and in the cupboards, even immediately after checking in- Cabinet in bathroom was loose- Not enough toilet roll- No salt and pepper in the salt and pepper shakers- No bar or shop on site, despite this being advertised- No member of staff seen on site- Very poor...

'Clean tasteful barn conversion, pretty much in the middle of nowhere, but all you require within a 15 min drive.A great personal touch from the owners, which included a handful of food bags to feed their animals. What's not to love. Deffo returning at some stage and will be pointing all friends and relatives in this direction'

'We had a lovely stay at this cottage being 5 adults and plenty of room but may of been a bit pushed if 6 for sitting room but perfect for us. It's a bit way out on single track road and at first was a bit worried about but found perfectly ok by end of holiday. Kitchen was lovely only downside but it didn't affect us a very small ice compartment but luckily we didn't get much frozen food . There are some steep stairs but a great hand rail so not a problem but worth mentioning if you have mobility...

'We have just come back from a week’s stay at this lovely home. We were first greeted by a bottle of Prosecco and some scones which was a lovely treat! The home is so spacious and has everything you need. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well equipped! It is located down a private lane and is very quiet with stunning views. The location was perfect as you are only 5 minutes from Padstow. We will definitely be returning next year. '

'The stay was very enjoyable and Bude was very pretty and near to property. Trying to get in touch with the owner before the trip was troublesome because of Vrbo and their pass words which never seem to work. That was the worst part of booking this trip.'

'We were 2 couples staying for a long weekend. 2 went to Rick Steins seafood school for a day course, and 2 decided to take a 4 hour walk around the beautiful headlands. The flat is perfect for this type of relaxing reunion, well equipped and nicely decorated. Super location. And free parking but only for relatively small cars. '

'This property is amazing. Not only is it furnished beautifully. It's comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. The location is so ideal to get anywhere in Cornwall. We will define book lodge 22.'

'The property was very clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is well appointed, and comes with lovely, fluffy soft white towels. We received a welcome kit with tea, coffee, and biscuits, and found scones, jam, and clotted cream in the refrigerator. The Stanley House met our needs and was as described (the only discrepancy we found was that there was no clothes dryer--I even read the manual for the washer online to see if it was a combo washer/dryer). But that is a minor...

'We loved Trecarian Cottage. It is comfortable and clean and contains all that you need for a happy holiday. The bathroom is a good size and contains a bath with shower over. The main bedroom is lovely with a wonderful comfortable bed and nice views. The garden is secure and secluded. There are two seating areas indoors - one to eat at in a conservatory and a cosier sitting room with TV. Would definitely come here again.'
