'Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to...

'Everything is so old and not updated '

'Hot tub packed with little kids. No life guard in the pool area or at the beach. Did not have breakfast at the property. Way too expensive. We had lunch at the bar near the pool. Food is good. Price was not bad for the amount and quality of the food. Concierge lady: the best!! Very attentive e and nice. Lots of suggestions. Front desk and wait staff need better training. '

'The room was nice but the bathroom wasn’t clean. The two food carts by the beach weren’t open at all so that only left you with the restaurant in the lobby. The beach was awesome and the short walk to the pier/shopping/restaurants next door was great. '
