'This little jem is absolutely amazing. The staff is unbelievably attentive, polite and professional. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The multiple pools are clean and refreshing. Drinking cocktails in the pool is allowed. They have an adult pool with a bar and kitchen serving delicious food all day. 'Since the wrong night got booked instead of the one we wanted!!! We have no way of knowing how the property, staff, pool, or other amenities were. We wanted Saturday May 16-17 instead May 15-16 got booked and no one would help sort it out so we ended up having to book another hotel therefore having to pay twice. I am not impressed.
