'Expedia confirmed my reservation but the moment i arrived, its even passed the check in time, the front desk couldn’t give me a room with an indefinite waiting time. I waited for more than an hour, i had to call customer service and patiently go back and fort to ask for available room until they were forced to give me one. I came from a 12 hrs drive and had to stop and check in due to the blizzard. Online booking was supposedly for my convenience and yet it did not serve any convenience at all,...
