'Bottom of the tub was all cracked up and had bugs in it. Shower curtain was stained. Hot tub was empty so unusable. We stay in Lincoln quite a bit. We won’t be booking at this place again.'

'I originally was checked in by a very nice lady I had my service dog with me which they knew before I arrived at the property. I then went to bring my dog outside and was very abruptly and rudely approached by another staff member that did not even have a name tag on or identify herself about my dog she was very rude and condescending like my dog did not belong there and stated dogs do not belong here. When I told her I was already checked and filled out paperwork and approved to have my ADA dog...

'From check in to check out the staff was welcoming and friendly, the room clean and well situated, and there was an excellent gym. Also, this hotel is uniquely located on the University of Nebraska campus. I highly recommend this hotel.'
