The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.'

We could have managed that, but as we gathered in the living room a MOUSE ran across the floor. This was immediately addressed with the property manager.
