'If you’re out here to visit Bossier and/or Shreveport with a casino night to call it a day, this is your ideal place to be. I had a regular King room newly renovated. Besides the room being bigger than average and a bathtub that can fit 2 people , it’s a basic stay. Large room but with the basics like anywhere else wich makes the unused space feel kinda wasted. 'Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it'

'Staff had no enthusiasm when greeting customers. No wifi STILL after me and my spouse previously stayed weeks prior. Bedroom door wouldn't lock! Towels were dirty!!!'

'The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep'
