'The house, built 1870, would be a dream for children: candy, cookies, chocolate, muffins, candybars e v e r y w h e r e !! Inside it has an extensive collection of all kind of odds and ends, which makes the house so cozy! We stayed in the governer's room, a big room with a comfortable king bed. You must not count on (daily) cleaning and making the bed, because both jobs won't happen. That was a bit disappointing, because we stayed for four nights and had expected that to happen. 'We were in town for a funeral and we’re pretty miserable coming into town. However, we stayed with Kim and Jim(hopefully that is his name because I think I forgot lol) and things got so much better! Kim’s breakfasts are amazing and her coffee bars are so convenient. The room was so clean and beautiful. The bed was so soft and the blankets were clean and fluffy. We loved their bulldog and their (neighbor’s) cats! The chickens were so fascinating to our nine month old and she loved watching them....
