'I booked for a pilot friend who flew into Sioux lookout May 27 as nothing was available I looked on my hotels.com account , as it was only place for him to stay... unfortunately I didn't read the fine print and when the pilot got there to stay I didn't realize had to give them 24 hour notice no one andweeed the phone or was there to let him in, unfortunately he had no place to stay and was left stranded ... I understand there rules and policy but it shouldn't be listed to check in same day......

'The apartment is in an established neighborhood and on the second floor. Large one bedroom with sufficient kitchen for our stay. My mother used the bedroom and I slept on the futon that I have to was my best night sleep in our two week road trip. Easy location to other amenities in the area and parking was a breeze. Clean and efficient apartment and my only comment is the stoop to enter the apartment needs a redo as the first step is too short and for my mother a little tricky to step up or...

'We enjoyed our stay, there were no issues that we needed to contact the host for, it’s on a busy roadway but that’s minor and I suggest backing into the driveway when possible to make exits easier. The location being central keeps all of thunder bay’s amenities a quick drive. I would definitely book this place for my next visit. '
