'Came here for our 45th wedding anniversary. It was better than expected! There is no internet or tv but we werent expecting or needing it, so suitedcour needs completely! Staff is wonderful and the common fireplace is a great way to meet other guests and chat up. Everyone there was super friendly! Very close to the hiking trails too!'

'We arrived at around 7:15pm, but the door of the reception was closed! And they even didn't accept us to have the dinner at its restaurant, the staff said the lastest reservation time for the dinner was at 6:45! We stayed at a room, not a cottage, we can hear the people who stayed next room, talking clearly just as they were sleeping beside you, it is not private at all!'

'The new owner is fixing up this very nice lodge and the people are so friendly it immediately feels like home. The food! Outstanding! Careful with the cinnamon buns because you will eat more than one!'

'Had an enjoyable Easter weekend visiting family.Only 10 minutes from town. Nice that we could have our German Shepherd with us, have trails to take him for a walk, have a place to bring Grama from LTC for soup and sandwich to "our house". Having a Fridge and stove was a bonus. Made food prepping for Easter potlucks convenient. We will definitely stay there again. '
