'I like this place! I stay there every time I’m in Sudbury. Staff is great, breakfast is good and coffee is good, and it’s clean. '

'Everything was clean, no issues. What I missed and was surprised not to have on the door to the room was a security chain or door guard. This especially so since the door to the room leads to the outside of the hotel and not to a hotel hallway. The hotel also uses keys which can be copied rather than the new systems which use codes. '

'Was a rough stay to start the stay off with a big winter storm. Hotel definitely was not equipped with snow removal equipment. Multiple cars stuck in parking lot and a snowblower didn’t even show up till 4pm. Side doors were not shovelled well at all and it’s a good thing an ambulance did not have to come to the property as there is no way it would have got in. Customers safety has to come first but we were made to feel as though it did not matter. Surprised how hotels ran considering it is...

'Breakfast buffet was okay, not hugely appetizing. Maybe add some cut up fresh fruit, granola, nuts. Dinner at the restaurant was very good - nice menu and well prepared food. Hotel rooms and hallways a bit outdated.'

'Alles is micro, de service, de ontvangst, de ruimte om te ontbijten, het zwembad. De oudere vrouw bij het inchecken was ook alles behalve behulpzaam of vriendelijk terwijl de kamer niet klaar as om 15.00….. '
