"Came there at 3 in the night and booked weeks before , when i came there they said they had a system error and they were already fully booked so i had to pay extra for room in a different hotel, do not book it. It was an awfull experience especially at this time of the day. I would not recommend "

"De kamer viel tegen, erg klein en de airco was direct op het bed gericht, tv deed niks, was niet aangesloten, er stond wel netflix in het menu, maar die starte niet op. Hoed was er uiteraard niet voor Netflix, maar voor de old town. Het hotel is wat dat betreft prima gesitueerd. Het ontbijt was zwaar onder de maat, het hotel wordt op expedia met 4 sterren gewaardeerd en een kostprijst van 56 euro per nacht. Wat mij betreft is het hotel niet meer dan 3 sterren waard en zou het niet meer dan 25 euro per nacht mogen kosten. Verder was de kamer wel goed geïsoleerd qua geluid. Maar niet mijn ding"

"We are very satisfied with the hotel services, from the reception staff to the cleaning ladies. They all are welcoming and the concierge are very helpful with carrying our luggage and always smiling every time we came back from our tour. "

"The service and staffs were very friendly and supportive throughout the stay. We could changed the room when it didn’t really matched with the expectation. The rooms and hotel were very clean in general. The bed was comfortable (we like soft bed). Breakfast needs more variety throughout the week for people who stay more than 2 nights, but the taste was great. Rooms needs innovation, not really sounds proof as claimed. "
