'I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong.'

'Excellent facility & staff. We always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express because they uphold an excellent standard, & we have never been disappointed. We were so grateful to get a room July 4th thru the 7th after our terrible stay at the Comfort Inn Rhinelander that we left after 1 night.'

Also realized the room phone didn’t make calls out this time without the phone being on speaker. Me being the consumer I am I let it alone without raising a concern. 'Overall, the stay was fine; the only downside was that we stayed for four nights, yet no one ever came to tidy the room, change the towels, or replenish the amenities. There aren't many dining options in the area, and the few that do exist close early.'

'The pool area with the splash pad were excellent! We noticed our room had old popcorn on the floor and a remote had sticky stuff on it, so we cleaned ourselves with some Clorox wipes. The attached bar isn’t really a restaurant, but there are near by restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. This was a great place to stay with children and was near by a big show that we attended. We would stay again.'
