'The whole reason I booked this was because it advertised the breakfast buffet and the pool. We got there and the pool was closed with no water in it, there was no breakfast buffet the microwave didn’t work and we had several crawlies plus the people who were staying there for an extended period were inconsiderate and screaming and fighting over the gazebo both nights '
