'If I could give this place 20 stars, I would! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Valentina from the restaurant and Oscar, the bartender. You always felt warm and welcome. The food is delicious and had lots of options. The morning buffet was definitely a highlight. I think I ate my weight in plantains. We also got one of the spa packages and that was incredible.
