'The hotel is located in a nice and peaceful area, close to the lake and the start of the magnificent mile. The breakfast area is nice and so is the lobby. However, the hotel is a bit outdated. The hotel rooms lack standard amenities, the bathroom wasn't super clean when I entered my hotel room for the first time and needs an update. 'This was hands down the BEST hotel experience I have ever had, and have had in a long time. Immediately upon entering the hotel, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. 'Great stay! I would recommend water be in rooms also to have an alternative to pork for breakfast. Everything else was perfect. The ice machine was out of ice so we had to search for water. '

'I don’t ever give reviews but this hotel was actually great! Room was clean, with a microwave and fridge, pool & hot tub, and the breakfast was actually really good! Even the coffee was good. For the price, I feel like it was over my expectations. Definitely will be coming back when I’m in the area. '

Wij hadden een kingsize bed, wat neerkomt op 2,20 x 2,00 meter. Kleine details: Een lege minibar, geen schoenpoets in het hotel. Meer kritisch: ontbijt is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen. En het buffet is niet ruim bedeeld. Het blijft een zeer eenvoudig ontbijt. Bij het buffet hebben ze appelsap en cranberrysap, als je de ober vraagt naar sinaasappelsap haalt...

"Perfecte ligging doch soms lawaai en drukte aan de liften omwille van drukbezochte rooftop. Lift B werkte niet waardoor we 20minuten in onwetenheid stonden te wachten (na 3 meldingen geen feedback of alternatief voorgesteld) uiteindelijk met bagage naar rooftop gegaan waar ze ons wel hielpen. Service in lobby kon beter. Ander personeel was heel erg vriendelijk."

"I spent 8 nights there and it felt like home. Very safe feeling and despite the central atrium the room was very quiet thanks to the lay-out of the room. Very friendly staff making tou feel right at home and big breakfast options."
