But we ended up being pleasantly surprised by how clean, updated, and bright our room and the lobby were. Plus, the front desk staff (Shubha?) was very friendly and helpful. Another bonus: the hotel is close to a H Mart and several restaurants. Will stay here again when visiting family in Glenview. '

'Hotel was difficult to see from the road. Higher more visible signage would help. Still it was in a good location geographically. We were there for Navy Boot Camp graduation. Accommodations were great. Breakfast was great. Omelettes were made to order as usual with Embassy Suites. The food at the main restaurant for evening meals was excellent. Food was worth the price even at Hotel rates. Staff was cordial and very helpful. Overall the experience was wonderful.'
