'Great time but know before you go... Family of 4 (kids 20 and 15) went for a week. The food was good with wide selection, resort was quiet at night and no noise between rooms. There was no problem getting chairs during day at beach or pool (not a lot of pool shade). The resort was very walk-able to restaurants, etc. They had synchronized swimmers/dancers on Sunday afternoon at the main pool which was super cool. The staff was hit or miss, either they were the best or they seemed to loathe...

'Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. Check-in and check-out both took much longer than expected. When we arrived, the resort was upgrading its room key system, which left us unable to access our room for several hours. It was frustrating after a day of travel. 'The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously.'
