'I reserved a room with two beds, and they gave me a king. I refused the room and they gave me the correct room. The bathroom had mold and the bed broke on the second day. It was difficult to get any staff serve at the pool. When requesting for rooms serve for breakfast, I told they are not able to and offered a jerk chicken sandwich for breakfast.'
'The owner was great! She and her daughter was very hospitable, anything needed or if I had any questions you answered with no problem at anytime. Only stayed for the one night, however if I ever needed a place to stay, I would gladly go back.'
'This property is very well managed, and maintained. The location is nestled on top of a hill with a terrific view of the landscape, and the ocean. My room was very clean, and bathroom well stocked.

'My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water.
We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10.
