'Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. Check-in and check-out both took much longer than expected. When we arrived, the resort was upgrading its room key system, which left us unable to access our room for several hours. It was frustrating after a day of travel.
Another thing to be aware of is that there are no elevators to the guest rooms, so if you’re on an upper floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

'Housekeeping was amazing and the room was beautiful. The mini bar was not refreshed daily and the drinks were disappointing. Bring in Jamaica I expected the bar to know how to make rum punch. In general everything was great except the drinks the bartenders should be trained again'
