'The room was nice and very cozy! Could use a light update.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'We had an absolutely perfect time at our cabin! Kim is wonderful and easy to communicate with, and the grounds welcomed our kids and our basketball team with open arms! This is our second time staying here, and we will ALWAYS come back! '

'Upon arriving very tired, Dora checked us in. She was very kind, made you feel like your family! The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I would recommend to anyone going to Helen, GA! I will definitely stay again when I go to Heen!'
