'The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The resort is beautiful. Cabins are not on top of each other. It is convenient having the restaurants on the property and we appreciated breakfast being included in the price. We stayed in Cabin 12. 'Only two issues: 1) Someone before us used coffee cups for what appeared to be hot chocolate and put in cabinet without cleaning them. 2) the on demand water heater source was not adequate enough to heat the water for the heart shaped jet tub. There was also some floor and linoleum wear, but other than those minor issues, venue was excellent. The location was well enough away from orher cabins and quiet. There is a coffee maker, but it does not take "K-cups".'

'Definitely take note of the host’s comments about the road leading to the property. However, totally worth it! Absolutely stunning place, and the host was so communicative. They also had a cute little Christmas tree, so it felt so cozy. We will absolutely be back!'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'
