'Had a great stay, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and tody in all areas i vistied. Room was in great condition and clean and well equipped. '

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'My summary is that this home was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided. This place is so quiet, all you heard are the birds. You are close to water falls, Helen, Cleveland and the country side if you just want to sightsee. '

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'Rooms comfortable and quiet. Beds were great. Hot breakfast enjoyable. The views from the back deck were awesome. We traveled with our service animal ( Chillidog ) and the staff made us feel welcome. We look forward to staying again on our next visit in the area. '
