'Very clean. Room was great. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Would like them to offer some kind of breakfast.'

'The room is terrible, the room locks are not working and when reported to staff they are asking is it really that important to have the door locked since no one can enter from our side with out a key fob. The washroom showers and taps are very bad they are falling off when water I running, and cleanliness is also bad founds bugs inside washroom. When reported to staff they refused to change the room. Had a very bad experience'

'⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay. The room was in poor condition—the refrigerator, closet, bathroom shower, and even the toilet paper holder were broken or damaged. The room also did not feel clean. Another major inconvenience was that there is no elevator to the 4th floor. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The staff was rude and unhelpful. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told to "book somewhere else," but they were not willing to cancel or offer any assistance....

'Loved location of room and the ability to walk anywhere in downtown east Tawas. I didn’t like that we weren’t able to check-in to our room until after 5:30pm as they said it wasn’t ready yet at 4:00 pm which is check in time. Also beds weren’t comfortable for me but that may be a personal preference.'
